Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Paradigm Capital website collects, why we process it, and what rights you have. It covers the contact form, the property valuation form, listing inquiries, and messages you send to the AI assistant on the site.

What data we collect

We collect the data you provide yourself in the contact form, the property valuation form, and listing inquiries — your name, e-mail address, phone number, and message. We also collect the content of messages you send to the AI assistant available on the site.

Why we process it

We use this data to answer your request and, if you give consent, to contact you about property listings. We do not use it for any other purpose without separate consent.

Visit statistics

We log page visits — an anonymized IP address (last octet removed), browser type, and pages viewed — and keep this data for 90 days. We do not embed any third-party analytics or tracking scripts on the page, such as Google Analytics. We send the anonymized IP address to the external service ip-api.com to estimate an approximate city and country for the visit; your full IP address never leaves our server, and the resulting estimate is stored with the visit record for the same 90-day period.

Cookies

The site stores a cookie for your chosen interface language and, for users signed in to the Studio panel, a session/sign-in cookie. Your list of favourite properties is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to our servers. On public pages we set a first-party analytics session cookie, _analytics_session: it groups the page views of a single visit together so that we can keep our own site visit statistics; it expires after 30 minutes and is not used to track you across other sites. When a form (such as the contact or valuation form) is displayed we set a technical cookie that protects it against forged submissions, and after you submit the form a second one carries a one-time status message (e.g. "message sent") to the next page. Both are short-lived and are not used for tracking.

Retention period

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate follow-up. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to info@paradigmcapital.pl.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or erasure, and object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (PUODO).
